Seems you need to have the Sonicbirth library loaded (the app which I used for the plugin). It can be downloaded for free here:

Currently I&#039;m running 10.5.7 and logic 9 32 bit.  Logic just wont authorize the plugin.  Which is a eal shame since I would love to use it to follow the guide lines from the composer&#039;s approach book.</description>
